OHE PTA Corporate Sponsors

Do you know of a business that would like to sponsor our great school? Maybe you or your spouse’s company is looking for a way to help out in the community? Maybe Grandpa or Grandma’s company would like to donate funds in the name of their grandchildren?

What better way than to become an OHE PTA Corporate Sponsor? The PTA has established sponsorship levels that allow businesses to invest in our school. Funds received from OHE PTA Corporate Sponsors will be divided with 50% going to PTA programs and 50% going to the school to support student programs and staff development. All levels of corporate sponsors will automatically be enrolled as partners to our school in the Austin Partners in Education (APIE) program with the Austin Independent School District, giving our sponsors district-wide recognition.

The OHE PTA is a non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by the law. Remember, the earlier you become a corporate sponsor, the more exposure your company will have to our school community!

Please note that if your business donated to our OHE PTA No Hassle Fundraiser this fall and would like to be enrolled into this new OHE PTA Corporate Sponsorship program based on your previous contribution, please email us at corporatesponsors@ohepta.org and we will be happy to enroll your company!

For Eagle Supporter Level (up to $500 donation):

Company logo & link to company on the home page of our school’s website (for at minimum 1 month)
Company logo & link to company on the Corporate Sponsors page on the website
Weekly recognition in school’s electronic newsletter (sent to over 600 local families) as part of a comprehensive list of donors
Provide business information to Austin Partners in Education (APIE) for recognition with AISD
Business receives an “Eagle Supporter” level OHE certificate to display at their establishment
Choose ONE of the following custom options:

Listed in the OHE Directory on a special Corporate Sponsors page, if donation is received before Directory is published*

Provide space on sponsor table at school events for flyers & business cards

Sponsor a booth at our Spring Carnival, in which business name, flyers, business cards are available for viewing at booth

For Bronze Level ($500 donation):

Includes all of the Eagle Supporter level recognition except the custom options
Listed in the OHE Directory on a special Corporate Sponsors page*
Company name displayed on signs posted at school entrances
Provide space on sponsor table at school events for flyers & business cards
If applicable, share business Facebook page on the OHE Facebook page
Business receives a “Bronze” level OHE certificate to display at their establishment

For Silver Level ($750 donation):

Includes all of the bronze level recognition
Listed in the OHE Yearbook on a special Corporate Sponsors page, if donation is received before Yearbook is published
Business receives a “Silver” level OHE certificate to display at their establishment

For Gold Level ($1000 donation):

Includes all of the silver level recognition
Special recognition on our marquee (physical and electronic) for a week
Company’s logo added to a special sign at the school entrances for the school year and displayed at every PTA function (family fun event, PTA general meeting, etc.)
A 250 word article recognizing your business in the electronic newsletter (sent to over 600 local families) twice throughout the year.
Business receives a “Gold” level OHE certificate to display at their establishment

For Platinum Level ($2500 donation):

Includes all of the gold level recognition
A 250 word article recognizing your business included in a PTA printed newsletter (sent to over 750 students) twice throughout the year.
A 250 word article recognizing your business in the electronic newsletter (sent to over 600 local families) four times throughout the year.
Business receives a “Platinum” level OHE certificate to display at their establishment

* for the 2010-2011 school year, if donation is received after the OHE directory is published, company will be listed in 2011-2012 OHE directory.
