The Easy Eagle - One Stop Shop!
Pay for All of Your OHE Extras on One Form!
WHAT: A service is provided to you by the OHE PTA to simplify how many payments
are made to the PTA at the beginning of the school year. Please
note that some of these items that can be purchased now will not be available for pickup/delivery
until sometime during the school year (directory - Fall, yearbook -
Spring).
NOTE: You will need to know your child's teacher's name before you can order any items.
TWO OPTIONS:
- Pay by check/cash. Make checks payable to the OHE PTA. Download and Print this packet from your home printer and turn in at the EAGLE ENCOUNTER (Friday, August 24th, 2012) OR
- If you would like to pay by credit card, please go to our online store and add items you would like to purchase as normal.
It is VERY IMPORTANT
that you fill out all the necessary forms (and your child's
information) for whatever you are purchasing. Be sure to see all the
forms in this packet. More information about each item is attached to
this form.
The Easy Eagle will only be offered until 5pm on August 24th at the Eagle Encounter. After that, you may purchase items in our store (like always!) or wait until the time comes to purchase whatever item comes up for sale (Yearbooks in the spring, etc.)
