Hear Ye, Hear Ye!            It’s CARNIVAL time! April 7th

Grade Level Items Needed! 

Grades are also responsible for the following:
  • PPCD, Pre-K and Kinder –Store bought PRE-PACKAGED individual deserts. Ex, individual packaged cookies, brownies, etc. (NO PEANUT PRODUCTS) 
  • 1st and 2nd grade – 24 or more (12 oz.) soda or juice CANS/Pouches (need for drink stations ~ Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite & Root Beer are very popular) 
  • 3rd grade – 24 or more (16 oz.) bottled waters for drink stations (NO mini bottles please) 
  • 4th grade – 24 or more (12 oz.) soda or Juice BOTTLES (need for soda ring toss booth ~ Root Beer, Sprite/7-up and Orange are very popular.) 
  • 5th grade – individual size bags of chips. Multi-packs with a variety are perfect! 
* Grade Level donations may be sent to school beginning March 27th. Items may be sent via your child in a bag marked "Carnival" or you may deposit them in the boxes marked “Carnival Donations” located in the main building in front of the main office or at the main entrance of the Annex bldg.

Volunteer Booth Sign Up

Parents , Teachers, Community Volunteers

Parents & OHE Teachers/Staff:
Each classroom is in charge of a booth at our carnival. We need over 70 volunteers per hour, so please sign up. If your class booth is full, please sign up for another!

Non-OHE & Community Volunteers:
Thank you so much for offering to help with Oak Hill Elementary's Spring Carnival on April 7th from 5:30 - 8:30pm. Volunteers may sign up for one or more spots. If you are a middle school/high school, student signing up for service hours, please indicate what organization/school you are from. Students are not allowed to sign up for tickets, popcorn or nachos booths. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at Thanks!

Tickets and wristbands SALE/PICKUP DATES

(We will NOT send them home with your child)

  • Friday, April 7th 7:15-8:00 am Main building (Assembly) and 2:15-3:00 pm Main building.
  • Friday, April 7th 7:30-8:30 a.m. (hallway outside of the art room of the main building)
  • Friday, April 7th 2:30 – 3:30 pm (Front porch of the main building)

DAY OF carnival $30/each cash, check or credit card!

Tickets are $.50 cents/each
(check out the packages with FREE tickets ~ GREAT VALUE!)

  • $20 (40 tickets)
  • $30 (60 tickets)
  • $40 (85 tickets, 5 free)
  • $50 (110 tickets, 10 free) 
To help determine how many tickets to pre-purchase, please refer HERE for an updated list of carnival games, booths and food prices.

We are offering families the opportunity to pre-purchase (cash or check) “GAME/RIDES” wristbands for $25 (online $26). This allows students “unlimited” game play at most of the carnival booths.

** Please note that the wristband does not cover purchases of any food/drink items, confetti eggs, general store items and some games/booths are excluded (tickets only).
